About us:

URIKON is an innovative MedTech startup specializing in the development of groundbreaking technologies for kidney diagnostics. Our patented URIKON cup improves the stabilization of urine cells and enables scalable and precision medical diagnostics.

To further drive our growth and accelerate our market entry, we are looking for an experienced sales manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on strategic sales and customer development.

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the sales strategy to open up the German and European markets.
  • Establishment, management, and motivation of a high-performing sales team.  
  • Responsibility for the acquisition and support of B2B customers, in particular laboratories, clinic groups, and research institutions.
  • Identification of new business opportunities as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and conclusion of contracts with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Collaboration with marketing and product management to create targeted sales strategies and materials.
  • Analysis and reporting of KPIs as well as continuous optimization of sales processes.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in economics, natural sciences, engineering, or a related field.   
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the MedTech, diagnostics, or healthcare sector.
  • Proven success in the development and implementation of sales strategies and in key account management.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to build and lead a highly motivated team.
  • Strong analytical skills and strong negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly in Germany and abroad.
  • German and English language skills, written and spoken.
