About us:
URIKON is an innovative MedTech startup that is revolutionizing kidney diagnostics. Our patented technology for stabilizing urine cells enables new, scalable, and non-invasive diagnostic methods.
To drive the development and marketing of our core product – the URIKON beaker – we are looking for a dedicated product manager (m/f/d) with a passion for innovation and healthcare.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the product strategy and the entire product life cycle of the URIKON beaker.
- Development and implementation of market launch plans in close cooperation with marketing, sales, and development.
- Continuous market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify new opportunities and product requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of product documentation, including technical specifications, product backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Close cooperation with R&D, regulatory affairs, and production to manage product development.
- Training and support for sales teams as well as regular exchange with customers and partners.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the MedTech or diagnostics sector.
- Experience in launching innovative products and working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. IVDR, ISO 13485) is an advantage.
- High affinity for health and diagnostic technologies as well as a good technical understanding.
- Independent, analytical, and structured way of working.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- German and English language skills.
